A project that started with waiting
BHBB began with Aaron Paz. For years after arriving from Cuba, the plan was to join forces with colleagues and friends — to combine our skills and finally launch something together. That project never happened. So I stopped waiting. I started this on my own, and with a lot of effort I found standout affiliates who helped me absorb knowledge quickly, attend state and national industry events, and build a high-level affiliate network from the ground up.
From the hardest side of the wheel
Long days, marked by the stubborn drive to build more than one way to earn. Self-employment is the toughest seat there is — and from the other side of the wheel, the real challenge was developing the skills to give every client the most reliable, stable, and secure experience possible. Today, BHBB USA holds clients who have been with us for as long as we've existed — since February 2023.
The problem nobody talks about
It hasn't all been a bed of roses. One thing caused real pain, over and over: you have 3 to 5 opportunities on the same day, but with a single unit you can only cover 2 or 3. And after a huge investment in advertising, systems, permits, and insurance, the return was so variable that sometimes it only covered the credit card fee. Empty hours, then peaks with no time to maximize what you'd invested. Seeing it was an ailment shared by many affiliates, solving it became impossible to ignore.
That's when "Exchange Job" was born
The answer didn't come from a whiteboard. It came from that exact moment — the gap in the schedule, the opportunity you couldn't cover, the value left on the table. With that experience inside BHBB USA, our limo and chauffeur company, we built something new: **BHBB USA | Marketplace** — diverse solutions that adapt to each affiliate and help them maximize their investment, in a B2B ecosystem of open, scalable economics.
