What information is hidden before acceptance?

BHBB's visibility policy requires company and client identities, exact addresses, direct contacts and identifying notes to remain restricted before valid in-platform commitment, where applicable. The exact job value is visible to participating affiliates before commitment.

When are protected details revealed?

BHBB’s policy requires sensitive information to remain restricted until the valid in-platform commitment applicable to the workflow. Participants must not seek identities, contact details or off-platform arrangements to bypass that process.

Does BHBB USA Marketplace own or control affiliate client relationships?

No. BHBB USA Marketplace does not claim ownership over the clients of its affiliates. The company that originates the booking retains the primary commercial relationship with its client.

Participation by another affiliate in performing a service through BHBB USA Marketplace does not transfer ownership, control, or commercial rights over that client relationship.

Does BHBB USA Marketplace regulate agreements between affiliates and their own clients?

No. BHBB USA Marketplace does not regulate external commercial agreements between affiliates and their own clients.

Affiliates remain responsible for their own client relationships, pricing, private contracts, service terms, and business arrangements outside the platform.

Does BHBB USA Marketplace regulate affiliate pricing or private business decisions?

No. BHBB USA Marketplace does not regulate affiliate pricing, private contracts, client relationships, or business decisions outside the platform. Affiliate pricing is independently determined by each company based on its own costs, availability, service standards, market conditions, supply, and demand.

BHBB USA Marketplace only regulates the internal use of the platform, including access, marketplace conduct, white-label standards, controlled reveal, protected information, anti-bypass rules, dispute review, and workflow integrity.

What does BHBB USA Marketplace regulate?

BHBB USA Marketplace regulates the internal use of the marketplace. This includes marketplace conduct, affiliate access, white-label standards, controlled reveal, misuse of protected information, bypass attempts, disputes, and violations related to the platform workflow.

Can marketplace information be used to contact or capture another company’s client?

No. Marketplace-originated opportunities, protected information, operational data, affiliate relationship information, and transaction details may not be used to bypass the platform workflow, contact directly without authorization, solicit, remarket to, or capture another company’s protected client relationship.

What is the purpose of these client relationship protections?

The purpose is to support affiliate collaboration while respecting the original booking company’s client relationship. Participants must follow the applicable confidentiality and non-circumvention terms.

BHBB USA Marketplace is designed to support affiliate business relationships, not replace them.

Does BHBB USA Marketplace process payments in Phase 1?

During Phase 1, payments for affiliate work are arranged directly between affiliates. The marketplace does not provide escrow or guarantee payment.

Does BHBB USA have an advantage over other affiliates because it operates the marketplace?

No. BHBB USA Marketplace operates with two separate functional roles:

BHBB USA Marketplace Admin manages the platform, access, rules, compliance, workflow controls, disputes, and marketplace governance.

BHBB USA Affiliate User participates inside the marketplace as an affiliate operator, subject to the same affiliate rules as other verified companies.

When BHBB USA participates as an affiliate inside BHBB USA Marketplace, its affiliate access is governed by the same marketplace rules that apply to other approved affiliates. This includes white-label conduct, masked visibility, controlled reveal, anti-bypass rules, protected information standards, and client relationship protection.

BHBB USA Marketplace may administer and enforce platform rules, but BHBB USA as an affiliate does not receive special permission to bypass protected information, capture another affiliate’s client relationship, or operate outside the marketplace workflow.

What does BHBB USA Marketplace Admin control?

BHBB USA Marketplace Admin reviews affiliates, assigns access status, monitors transactions and issues, tracks trust signals, and may apply notes, warnings, restrictions, pauses, removals, or other internal platform actions when justified.

How are issues or disputes handled?

Issues should be reported through the BHBB USA Marketplace workflow. BHBB USA Marketplace may review transaction history, lifecycle status, payment states, communications, and trust signals to classify the issue and apply the appropriate platform response.

What happens if an affiliate violates marketplace rules?

BHBB USA Marketplace may review the issue and take appropriate action within the platform. This may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, removal, dispute notes, or other internal marketplace control actions when justified.

What is the main success standard for Phase 1?

Phase 1 is successful if BHBB USA Marketplace can validate whether vetted affiliates post real opportunities, engage with masked opportunities, accept and complete work, return to use the platform again, and operate under the trust-control model.
